Screwed system
Y i never want to be a teacher or even on a part time basis..1st Real Case: ok this was an NA studen's perspective
...from sec 1,my sch never offers science all the way till n'levels(dun ask mi why,dun ask too y i so blur nvr change sch the entire 4 years..)...so eventually i ended up in ITE..i wanna do nursing..or maybe biomed..isn't it so cool now that the ITEs are all so glorified and nice and huge wif so much opportunities on my hand..my heart so full of that tagline 'wif hands tat work..i can build my future' ..or sumtin like dat...Rewind!!!...I nvr take science in sec sch...so the only Grand options i haf are..engineering or business..err..wat was my dream again..Crash & burn..
Y couldnt i haf moral support b4 i land in ites..y cant i haf a stable of dedicated teachers stand by to help me in my studies,to give the focus dat my classmates and I needed more than any grps of students in the sch during such intense periods of times(ie n levels)..by the time i reach my next destination in education(if i ever reach) i'll probably lost interest...
2nd Real Case:
My cousin,NT student...taking her N's this year..Sumhow ended up wif 2 freakin maths teachers wif different teachin mtds...1 of them even forced her class to learn NA maths..or N'levels papers...Hellloooo..If I'm not wrong, NT students learnt maths only till up to Sec 2 standards of Na/express students...Hellooo,btw y is there so little TYS/GUides for them anyway...or at least dats wat i saw in like tpy popular branch..heck,i cant even find the textbook for EOA to see the difficulty my cousin is in..
Best is yet to come...1 of the maths teacher will end up being her science teacher next sem.. Helloo..its sec 4,N'levels are like few months away..hw to expect the students to settle down n FOCUS...n being them,they nid Support..n that does not equates to nicely decorated "huge potential" campuses when they haf not much support in the 1st place..
3rd Real Case: My friend..EXPRESS student..last class of Express class in my sec.sch..wat the hell happened..Substitutions and substituitions of Maths and if not wrong,Science teachers for Almost the entire year up to o'levels time...got even an obviously biased science/form teacher to tahan ...wats their results like...? No nid guess la...and wat happened to the first 2 classes of express classes(i'm in 1 of them)..angels,cant be touched or received too much distraction by substituting the teachers too often..wats the results like...wah..its like a blardy science experiment gone wrong or sumthin..
stop glorifying what Best might happens to these students in their futures..the word is 'might'...Might not happens too..wat matters is Now are their present selves..their attitudes..the need for moral support instead of painting a Bright future for them which MIGHT Not happens..
nicely decorated future educational instituitions simply doesnt match wif all the negativity surrounding the studs..
